Obituary for Eileen Bernadine "Joe" Vander Harst (Spencer)
VANDER HARST – Eileen “Joe”
Suddenly at her home, surrounded by her family on Thursday February 27, 2014, one day before her 75th birthday; Eileen Bernadine “Joe” Spencer of Troy; loved wife of Bert Vander Harst; beloved mother of Jim (Diana), Debbie (Brian) Kanmacher, Laurie (Ron) Harding, Tim (Marian), Brenda (Brian) MacDonald and Bradley John; also survived by 16 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, sister Pauline “Jake” Quelch, and brothers William Smokey (Melissa) and Alfred Spencer (Kevin); fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held at the Wm. KIPP Funeral Home, Paris. Interment Paris Cemetery. Donations in Joe’s memory may be made to Community Living Hamilton or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.
