Purdon, John Carl Douglas
It is with sad hearts that we say good bye to John Carl Douglas Purdon. Doug was born on May 1st 1949 to the late John and Lorrie Purdon.
Doug was the husband of Cheryl (nee Shantz); proud father of Jay (Brandi) and Holly (1994); even prouder grandfather of Carter and Hannah; son in law to Yvonne and the late Sam Shantz; brother & brother in law to Janice & Nyle Futher, Shelley & Tor Hallberg, Brian Shantz and Donna & Vic Generoux. He will also be missed by nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends.

As per Doug’s wishes there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations to the SPCA, or the Ayr Centennials would be appreciated.
