April 21, 1921 - February 16, 2015
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our creative, whimsical and much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Bette, the name everyone called her. She left peacefully after a long and accomplished life. Her advice and wisdom will be missed. Beloved mother of Linda of Vernon, BC, Bill of Aurora, ON, and Holly of Paris, ON. Also missing her greatly are grandchildren Jake, Luke, Shawna, Tessa, Ryan, Jayme, Taylor and Drew. She was also the very proud great-grandmother of 6. Her memory will live on in the art she created. As if by design, Bette departed on the same day as her loving husband John. The family would like to thank the kind people at Telfer Place in Paris, ON, for their affectionate care and comfort of Bette. In respecting her wishes, a private family celebration of life will take place when the summer winds blow. Her favourite charity was always The Salvation Army in Toronto, so donations would be appreciated if desired. Our thanks also to Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, Paris, ON.
