Condolences

Condolence From: Sandy Anderson
Condolence: My daughter Heidi and I were deeply saddened at the news of Clara's death. She was the best next door neighbour anyone could every hope for for the entire 8 years we lived on Maple Cres. Her kindness knew no bounds with her babysitting (and cat sitting) and so much more at the drop of a hat. Wish we had heard this news in time to attend services, but please accept our heartfelt condolences to her large family who will miss her immensely as will all her friends who knew first hand how wonderful she was.

Condolence From: Margaret Whittern Ian Leighton
Condolence: Our dear family and friends of Clara, we will always remember all the fun and get togethers we shared since 1967 when we first came to Canada. Always made so welcome by Clara and family and all our children grew up together, played baseball in the cow pasture across from the house, the trips to Toronto for shopping, visits to my mum at Jesse Ketchum school where we raided the lost and found box, the night out at the "Ballet", Peter's Backyard for lunch with Ian, the shopping on Bathurst st. for snowmobile suits for the kids, Royal York bathrooms, all just hilarious times for us all.
Clara always made sure we were fed and watered, places to sleep for the weekend, Arlington Hotel and all the fun there.
A fun crowd and we are so thankful for the fond memories with Clara in the fore front of it all.
Her winning ways and gorgeous smile and always a great story to tell.
She was loved so much by so many and the world will be a sadder place without her.
Always in our hearts, Clara.....love always from Margaret and Ian and our families.xx
