Cox, Barbara Gail (Nee Porter), 68, died peacefully on June 29, 2016 at Sunnyside Retirement Home, Kitchener.
Gail was born on February 13th 1948 to Walter and Doris Porter. She attended the University of Waterloo for mathematics and graduated in 1971. While there she met Barrie Cox. She married Barrie on July 15th 1972 and the couple has three children.
Gail is survived by her husband, Barrie Cox; her children, Christopher, Brian, Michelle; her grandchildren, Jacobus, Kandice, Sahara, Charles, Rebecca, and Henry; and her brothers Bruce and Ken Porter.
Visitation will be held from 12pm – 2pm on Monday July 4th at Ayr Chapel, Wm Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St., Ayr. The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday July 4th in the Funeral Home Chapel. Reception to follow. Cremation and Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery at later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to a charity of your choice.
