Condolences

Condolence From: Susan Ritchie
Condolence: I am so saddened to hear of Mrs Labron's passing. She was such a beautiful person inside and out. She always had time to stop and speak to you and would ask about everyone:) My dad Scott Wells, loved her honesty when she gently suggested that Jay find something else to do besides piano lessons!! Lol Should we credit her for putting him on his path to a hockey career? I regret that I was away and did not get the news until I returned from holidays and my dad regrets not attending the funeral as there was no one around who could take him. But I want you all to know that the entire Wells family held your mom in great regard and will lift you up in prayer in the days ahead. I know she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Condolence: Dear Labron Family!

I was so sad to hear of Norma's passing. I was in Europe at the time but I just wanted you to know that you were all in my thoughts and prayers. Your mom took me under her wing when I started at WRMS bank in 1988 and sharing a room with her for years allowed me to hear MANY stories of her family whom she loved beyond words! The last time I saw Norma we shared such a beautiful moment which I will always cherish! Rest in peace Norma.

Condolence: Dear Labron family. I was saddened to hear of Norma's passing. I lived across from you on Alexander St. back in the 1990's and am a sorority sister as well. I always enjoyed both of your parent's, they were a great couple. Norma had such a great presence and just lite up a room when she entered it.I miss that at our joint sorority meetings. My sincerest sympathy. Wendy James (Souter)

Condolence: Hello Labron Family:

I was verry sorry to hear of your moms passing. I attended the W. Ross MacDonald School, and Norma was the first person who introduced me to music. She had a unique way of reaching out to everyone around her and making that person feel special. I remember her pool parties, the old car, and the pegleg. (smile) But most of all, I remember her gifts of love and music that she was willing to share. Rest in peace Norma, and I hope that those up in heaven can benefit from you at least half as much as those of us here on earth have done.

Condolence: Hello. I was so sorry to hear of Norma's passing. I will always remember her days at W. Ross Macdonald and how extraordinary she was with our students with deafblindness. She would work her magic with them, with the baby grand piano - sometimes putting the student right IN the piano so that the child could experience the music / vibrations. She was amazing and could find talent in any child. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Condolence From: Eileen and Bill Bartels
Condolence: We send our most sincere sympathy to the family and especially to Bob and Donna who have been an outstanding support to Norma over the years.
We remember the fun time that we had in Bath, England when we met Norma and Glen for the first time and enjoyed our time together over dinner.
It was many many years ago but the memory is still clear. Norma will be reunited with her dear husband Glen and her precious son Scott in heaven.
May she rest in peace.
Love,
Eileen and Bill Bartels
