My deepest condolences. I was sadden to here the passing of Phyllis. The
Thompson Family was a big part of my childhood. One of my fondess memories of Phyllis was her cooking. She introduced me to pigs in a blanket which were delicious. The Thompson Family was a Big part of my childhood
growing up, we were extended family, friends and neighbors.
Phyllis will be sadly missed.

Condolence: Phyllis was so good to me during my young years, she babysat me, took me skating, well she was in training at St. Josephs hospital and she was a boarder at Mrs. Douglas home in Mt. Dennis. Reconnected through the fire dept. Thought of her often. So sad to hear of her passing.

Condolence: I last saw Phyllis when I was about 10 years old, the year I moved away from the neighbourhood where Phyllis and Tom raised their young family in the 1970s. I remember being very impressed that Jill and Joy's father was a firefighter! What I remember about Phyllis is her smile. It was warm and accepting--something very important for a child. Even though 40+ years have passed, her smile in the photo shared in her obituary is the same. I know she will be deeply missed by all who loved her. May her smile never fade from your memories.
