Condolences

Condolence From: Amanda Cromwell
Condolence: Grandma, I can't express how much I will miss you. More than words can say. For the past 10 years, your goodbyes were always on my mind. You always spoke to me as if it was our last talk, and hugged me like it was our last embrace. You always said Take care of yourself and the boys, and I always said, I will, Ill see you later. But, now that later is much further away. I will miss your words of wisdom, you've taught me so much throughout the years. To be humble and kind to all, even those who I believed did not deserve my time. To always be faithful, caring, and loving to everyone, even strangers. To express how I feel, because one day I may not be able to. I'll miss your stories, in how life is always going to have obstacles, but it's how you overcome those obstacles is what makes you who you are in this world. You've shown me that strength is possible even in the weakest of times. And that life is to be embraced, and cherished, and not to be taken for granted. I will miss the talks you've had with Draik, he always expresses how you told him to be a good gentleman, and be helpful. He always took your words to heart. There's so much I am thankful to you for. But the most important, is that I am thankful that you were my Grandma, and my children's Great-Grandma (G-G). We miss you very much. I'll see you later.

Sent with love, hugs and kisses to last until then.

Condolence: Thank you for being a wonderful grandmother - the only Grandma I've ever had, you easily did the work of two. Grandma remembered every birthday and special occasion with a card, taught us about baking, canning, gardening and a myriad of other topics, and was always ready to share her wealth of stories about when she was young and the family history. She kept up to date on current events and could debate politics with you right up until her final weeks. Thank you for teaching me to knit and to be persistent in the face of other people's doubt. Nothing ever stood in your way and you proved them wrong right up to the end.

I will miss you Grandma Reading, words are not enough to express the way you have enriched my life. Thank you for everything and I will see you again someday. Say hello to Grandpa for me!
