John Thomas Miller 1929-2017
The Miller family is sad to announce the loss of our beloved John. He passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017 to be with our daughter Martine. He leaves his wife Barb after 64 years of love and devotion. Also his son, Scott (Sam) and grandchildren Shannon (Jaymie), Tara and Matthew. Also his great-grandchildren Rozalyn, Emma, Zach, Brandon, Cheyenne and Lily and his adopted family Cynthia and Creighton.
John farmed on the Glen Morris Road all his life and was never happier then when he saw how great the field of corn was or how healthy the beef cattle were. He was past president of Ayr Farmers Mutual, Paris Agricultural Society and a past Deputy Reeve of South Dumfries Township.
Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N., Paris on Thursday, March 9th from 10 to 11 a.m. Memorial service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
Interment in Glen Morris Cemetery at a later date.
