Condolence: Dear Ellen and family,

I am so shocked and saddened to hear of Dr. Becker's passing. I started working part-time at Cambridge Vet Services when I was 13 years old, and continued to work there throughout my first year of vet school. Dr. Becker was always a source of inspiration and support for me, and will always hold a special place in my heart. I graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2006 and started practice in Alberta, where I have thought of Dr. Becker often over the years. I will forever remember his kindness, compassion, and wit.

Condolence: Vaughn cared for our dogs and cats since 1992 until his retirement.

He was a wonderful veterinarian and person. He provided us and our animals with kind and compassional care through some difficult times.

Condolence: I am greatly saddened by the passing of Vaughn. He was in my congregation at St. John's On-the-Hill United Church while I was the minister there (1985-1999). Vaughn was a wonderful person, an exemplary professional, and a loving husband and father. He will be profoundly missed.
Please accept my condolences, and the expression of my belief that his Spirit is at peace with God. Vaughn, I believe, has fulfilled his purpose in his earthly life, with his varied experiences of life with animals with whom he was so comfortable and caring. All those, animals and humans who passed into heaven before him, along with his Guides/ angels, Jesus, and God's heavenly host, have welcomed him with great joy, as he returns to his Eternal Home.
Peace to you, in healing your grief, and assurance in your hearts that he will always be with you in Spirit.

Condolence: My husband and I want to express our deepest sympathy to Dr. Becker' family. Such a huge loss for you AND the community. Dr. Becker took the best care of our cat for almost 19 years. We always appreciated his wisdom, kindness and gentle ways. He was still so young and still had so much to give. We hope your special memories in time will bring you comfort. He was a good man!
