Condolence: Patricia and family of that dear old gentleman, Cecil. We had some grand conversations, Cecil and I. He was very interesting to talk to. He also loved to tinker which I noticed on many occasions as I walked by his room on my way to visit my Mom, Betty Hebert.

Condolence: I probably learned more from Cec than anyone else at Barlow Cartage. He had a great way of teaching by saying 'well yes but maybe we should do it this way...' Plus in the rough times for the business Cecil always found something to do to help.
I'm sure he will be riding his bike to work in heaven.
