Wheat, Lois Lucinda (nee Johnston)
Peacefully, at Brantford General Hospital, with her family at her side, on Sunday August 13, 2017, a longtime resident of St. George in her 67th year.
Lois was an active member of the St. George community.
Beloved wife to John; loved mom to Melinda (Derek), Jim (Kate) and Jeff (Tamara); cherished grandma to Amelia, Carson, Brooklynn, and Allie; much loved daughter to Gerry Johnston and the late Bill; dear sister to Larry (Norma), the late Rick (Sherry), Ross (Michelle), Dianne, and Bob (Shelley). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris, on Thursday August 17, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM for Memorial Visitation. A Celebration of Lois’s Life will be held at St. George United Church (9 Beverley St, St. George) on Friday at 11:00 AM. Family interment St. George Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, donations to Brantford General Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, St. George Lions Club, or MacMaster Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated.
