Goodwin, William James “Bill”
Suddenly, at home, on Thursday February 22, 2018, a long-time resident of Princeton, in his 69th year,
Bill was long time volunteer with The Township of Blandford – Blenheim, serving with the Princeton Fire Department, and the Princeton Cemetery. He worked tirelessly with Princeton Historical Society and the Drumbo Agricultural Society.
Beloved husband to Diane (nee Meacham) for over 46 years; loved dad to Sherry (the late Kevin Boyd), Lori Burm (Ed) and Kevin (Laurie); cherished grandpa to Meghan, Kennedy, Rielly, Brayden, Ella, and Liam; much loved son to Peggy Goodwin and the late Clayton (1995); dear brother to Connie Awde (Bill) and brother in law to Wayne and Dorothy Meacham and Vanessa and Dean Mabee and son in law of Marg Meacham.
Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his sister Vicky Rupert, and his in laws Homer and Alberta Meacham.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Tuesday February 27, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Interment Princeton Cemetery.
