Alfred John Corbett
Passed away peacefully after a long, courageous battle with Alzheimer’s Disease on Friday, February 23, 2018 at the age of 84 years.
Loving husband to Dorothy (nee McEachern); dear father of Paul Corbett (Jennifer) and Karen Litwinczuk (Paul) Dear Pop and Grandpa to Andrew, Emma, Melissa and Natalie. Survived by his brothers, Donald (Betty), William (Marilyn) and Robert (Margaret-predeceased). Also predeceased by a brother who died in infancy. Sadly missed by several nieces, nephews.
Alfred was born and raised in Durham, Ontario but spent the past 40 years in Ayr as a business owner and active member of the curling club. He enjoyed all sports and spending time with his family.
Friends may call at Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St., Ayr, on Monday, February 26, 2018 with 1-2 pm visitation and a service to follow at 2:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
