Audrey Grace Leich (nee Chambers)
Passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, March 14th, 2018 in her 96th years.
Cherished wife to the late Gordon Edwin Leich; Dear mother of Winnifred Marshall (Howard), Winona Klettky (late Husband Harold), Barbara Jefferson(Gordon), Christopher Leich(Cary) Loving Grandmother to 9 Grandchildren & 12 Great Grand Children and 4 Great, Great, Grand Children.
Predeceased by a son Gordie Leich who died in infancy; Predeceased by a cherish Granddaughter Noella Ozon (nee Caron) & Predeceased her parents Oliver Chambers and Nellie (nee Tucker) & her Brothers Lorne & Carman Chambers.
Audrey was a long-time resident of Ayr, which she loved deeply and Audrey was a member of Knox United Church, Ayr for 66 years.
Audrey was born in Dereham Twp./Oxford County Ontario Canada near Woodstock Ont., as a farmer daughter. There she learned the meaning of hard work. At the beginning of the 1950 Audrey moved from the farm to a more urban environment, eventually leading to factory work at Scroggins Shoe Co. Galt Ont. Then to J.M. Schneiders Inc. in 1968 until her retirement. Audrey was a proud employee of J.M. Schneiders and enjoyed her many years of service. Audrey's main character traits is that she was of a Strong mind, Stubborn, Devoted, Kind, Loving person which allowed her to live a totally independent life. Audrey your family and friends with miss you greatly.

Friends may call at Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St., Ayr, on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 with 1-2 pm visitation and a service to follow at 2:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial at Ayr Cemetery. Reception to follow. Donations to the Ayr Knox United Church would be greatly appreciated.
