SPYKER, BEVERLY ANN (nee Nienkirchen)

Peacefully, at her residence in Cambridge on Thursday March 15, 2018 in her 86th year. Beloved wife to Warnar; and Loved mother to Adri.
Beverly was always willing to listen if someone needed it and enjoyed helping people. Her caring nature first led her to train as a nurse in Kingston and eventually work at Women’s College in Toronto as Head Nurse in charge of the premature babies. Dedicated to her charges, she would spend long hours making sure everyone was safe and sound. Her heart was pulled in another direction too, how to help people’s hearts through missions. She went to Moody Bible College (and while there relished being part of the Moody Chorale). As a missionary, she served in both Belgium and Holland. Back in Canada, the work continued with the College & Careers. Her vibrant personality, kind nature, and love of life will be missed by so many.
Cremation has taken place.
A Memorial gathering to Celebrate Beverly’s life will be held at Paris Presbyterian Church (164 Grand River St. N. Paris) on Tuesday March 20, 2018 from 1:30 - 2:30 PM. A Memorial Service will follow with Rev. Chris Little officiating.
