We are shocked to just learn today of Christof's death. He lived 2 doors down from us and came to our street party a year ago August. We would see him briefly passing by in our car or at his store. He always had such a positive attitude, in spite of such tragedy with his wife's death, and he was so generous and knowledgable about cheese. He brought a huge tray of many different cheeses to our street pot luck party. And I know he took a beautiful platter to our mutual neighbours on the morning of their wedding day. He was a very thoughtful, generous neighbour and he will be greatly missed. Our heartfelt sympathy to his family.
