A kind hearted man with a ready smile, eager to joke and tease. That is the main thing I will always remember. I was blessed to share him with both sides of my family. How many people can say that someone is both their Uncle AND Great Uncle (well, fine, the four of us, but still). Dad delighted in telling everyone his uncle was his brother in law. I won't be able to make it to say good bye, but I'll be thinking of everyone, & enjoying my memories of one of the kindest men I ever knew.
