Albert's Sunset - August 3, 2016

As Janice and I were driving towards Brantford on Hwy 54, we saw a most magnificent sunset. Couldn't help but to appreciate and think what a great warm summer evening it was.

As we drove, the sun seemed to get bigger and bigger turning into a brilliant golden orange sky. A thought crossed my mind that it was my mother, Trudy, coming to get my father. (Hopefully she doesn't know about his girlfriends from the home.)

10 minutes later the home called and let us know Albert had passed.

When I got home I thought when my mother passed, it was a dark stormy winter night. How opposite the weather was and yet how they were both dramatic weather patterns.

So much like they were together, each the Yin of the other's Yang.

They are both missed and loved.
