Bethune, Lorne James “Jim”
At Telfer Place, Paris, on June 26th, 2017, a long- time resident of Paris in his 89th Year. Predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Frances (nee Meacham 2013). Father of Linda Price (Jack) of Brantford, Wayne (Linda) of Ayr, Gail Marcinkiewicz (Kazik) of Kitchener, Monty of Guelph, and Brenda Laframboise (Art) of Brantford. Cherished Grandfather to 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. Jim is also survived by his brother Wilfred and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Eliza Bethune; his sisters, Beatrice, Lorraine and Jean and his brothers Don, Norm, Albert, Harold and Herb.
Jim worked for many years for Gates Rubber from where he retired.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris on Thursday June 29, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday at 11 AM, Interment Paris Cemetery.
