I have many fond memories of my good friend Eddie. He lived up the street from me. It was my late wife, Joan and my priviledge to help Eddie and Bety to get to know Jehovah. The first time we were in the ministry together we met a rather unfavourable man but Edidie took it all in stride. Betty, do you remember when the four of us went to Toronto to see a sportsman show? All of a sudden the program stopped and they played the National Anthem and the four of us sat there? There are so many memories and stories. Eddie was a wonderful father and that showed because he had a wonderful family backing him. We know death is an enemy in this system of things but we have the wonderful hope of the resurrection. We are not overly sad because we have this hope but there wuill be a void in our lives. It won't be long until we are all reunited and enjoying life to the full like Eddie did. Love Pete
