Grzinic, Jovakin “Joe”
Passed away with family by his side, at Brantford General Hospital, on January 25, 2018, in his 84th year.
Beloved husband to Katarina Malecic;
Loving dad to Nada, Marijana (Tim Comely) and Drazenka (Ray Johnson).
Proud “Grampa Joe” to his five grandsons David, Miso (Stephanie), Steven, Jeffrey (Monica) and Nicholas (Shawn) and his great-grandson Riley.
Sadly missed by his sister Bepa.
Also survived by extended family in his homeland Croatia.
Predeceased by his mom, dad, brother and sister.
The family would like to thank all of the wonderful people who have helped us care for Joe in his last years. Especially the many dedicated PSW’s who cared for him in his home, the incredible team at Park Lane Terrace and finally, all of the staff of 7th floor C wing at Brantford General Hospital. We admire your strength and will never forget your compassion during our most difficult days. Many thanks and blessings to you all.
Friends may call at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St., Ayr on Sunday January, 28 from 6-8 PM with prayers at 7:45 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Brigid’s Mission, 50 Manley St. Ayr, on Monday January 29th at 11:00 AM, Father Paul Jamroz Presider. Interment Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
