Thank you for being a wonderful grandmother - the only Grandma I've ever had, you easily did the work of two. Grandma remembered every birthday and special occasion with a card, taught us about baking, canning, gardening and a myriad of other topics, and was always ready to share her wealth of stories about when she was young and the family history. She kept up to date on current events and could debate politics with you right up until her final weeks. Thank you for teaching me to knit and to be persistent in the face of other people's doubt. Nothing ever stood in your way and you proved them wrong right up to the end. I will miss you Grandma Reading, words are not enough to express the way you have enriched my life. Thank you for everything and I will see you again someday. Say hello to Grandpa for me!
