I didn't know Choppy, but I knew Shane as a boy. When I was coaching him in baseball, he was was always a great boy to work with. The huge smile and those dimples always got to me. And then there was all of those early Sat am hockey games - Shane was a big asset to the team! To the whole Fried family, please accept our deepest sympathy on this tragic loss of a son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend.
