All of us in the Dorling family offer our condolences to Karin, Alec, Linda, Heidi and Steven and their families. My favourite memory of Walter took place in his back room on Walnut Street in Paris. Walter shared with me his journey from Germany to the north of Ontario where he settled for work and the various jobs he took on. I laughed at his story of the Micks and the Irish fist fighting over spilled beer on the boat from Germany to Canada. Walter, the ships have come to carry you home... Richard
